World Health Day 2015

What is ONE thing that you could do to improve your health?

I think for me, my biggest thing is that I love salt and sugar. I would just probably watch my intake on salt and sugar. My downfall is chips. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wavy Lay's Hickory BBQ chips. They are just too good! I could literally eat an ENTIRE BAG in just one sitting. It's so terrible but true. And that's a ton of sodium and sugar. But they are just so addicting!

I'm planning to do the Stoli Guy competition this year and the Dallas Voice of Pride singing competition this year as well. I competed last year for Stoli Guy and got 1st runner-up in the Dallas Division but did not compete in Voice of Pride. I need to start working out and eating healthier and training my voice for those things and improving my health would contribute to me doing well in both competitions tremendously.

What would you guys do and what are your fitness/health goals?

Christmas Party at the Old Red Museum Dallas 2009

Here's just a couple of pictures of the Christmas Party from Friday that I went to! It was a lot of fun. A lot of drinks and dancing and just plain old fun. The food was really great and the music was jammin'. It was kinda boring at first but when the party started, it really started! Especially for all those people there, lawyers, doctors, marketers, whatever... very fun and classy atmosphere... but I can't say that for everyone. There were these two people who were just literally GETTING IT ON on the dance floor and I was like, "Wow, some people are just getting too into this and letting go of the fact that they are in a public place!!!" But overall, Josh and I had a really great time. =]. Can't wait til next time, when we go to S4!

Dallas is wack.

ughh. so basically im here blogging at a Christmas Party for some lawyers at the Old Red Musuem here in Dallas and its super wack. theres good food... and tea and stuff but the music goes crappy to good to crappy so im like... on and off the dancefloor. then this mexican music came on and I went with a coworker onto the floor and i told her i didnt want too. I didnt want to go up because I dont know how to dance to that kind of music. So friggin Santa Claus comes and takes my friend away from me! Asshole. He also made me hold his shit. I wasnt having it so I took some pictures and set his shit on the floor. he can pick it up himself. dick.

So we're just waiting here for the doctor to come and buy us drinks. We're gonna need a lot to get this party started.

Mariah Carey is coming to Dallas!

Yes ma'am! I'm super excited! That's right, my IDOL Mariah Carey is coming to the Nokia Theater in Dallas, TX on February 18th, 2010! Tickets go on sale on December 18th, 2009. I'm definitely marking my calendar and hopefully saving up to buy tickets for Josh and I to go see her. I haven't seen her since her Charmbracelet Tour in 2006 and it was amazing! I went with my friend Alyse and we had one of the most amazing experiences ever! It was a Christmas present from Alyse's parents and it was the best. I cannot wait to go see her again. So it's time to put up my donations button for PayPal, saving from work, searching parking lots and jeans for extra change and putting up a fund for these tickets!
