I've changed this blog around so many times, and I have changed it for all the wrong reasons. Now, this is just for myself. My personal life will be up on these pages from now until forever. I don't know if I will be posting as often as I did before, or if I will ever post again but now one thing is for sure. I am doing everything for the betterment of myself and what will make me happy. This is my journey into the Happiness Complex.
Now with that said, on the post!

Here we go again...
So, I am single again.
I've been single for about a month now.
David and I decided to end things about a month ago. He told me that we were on two different pages in two different books. He told me that he was were I am at and he understands how it was for him. He does not want to go back to that. I don't fully understand the concept of what he said but I think I have the gist of it.
What I think he means is that, I am in a place where I am observing and experiencing certain things in my life that are of a growing experience. He has already been there and done the growing and experiencing and maybe not all of it is something he wants to have to go through again. Again, this is just my opinion.
He told me that he didn't see me as the one. That he wanted me to keep going and working on myself.
Maybe I am falling back into a habit of codependency that he just does not like.
I can't really blame him for doing that.
It's just the way that life goes and I respect that he was upfront with me instead of stringing me along. That's what I love about him.
The concept of love scares me. I thought that I loved him. I don't know if it was just a situation where we ended up finding each other right at the time that we needed each other. We saved each other from the situation that we were in. And I fell in love with the idea of being in love with him. Or maybe it was one of those situations where I fell in love with my savior, because really he did.
We both came into each others lives for a purpose. Now that we have served our purpose it's time to move on. Well I think that maybe my purpose in his life has been served but I don't think that I am finished with him yet. He inspires me so much to be more in tune with how I used to be and the complete unlearning that I have to do from six years of a toxic relationship is gonna take some time.
Time, although, is a human construct. There really is no real sense of time. Time is a human construct. All there is is now. If you really stop and take a breath and think, you will notice that nothing is really going on. You are present. You are here and you are nowhere all at the same time. Think about that. Even when the world has so much going on all at once, when you stop at think about it, there is not real time other that what is now. Yesterday is over and tomorrow has not begun. All there is is the gift of the present.
Maybe I am not motivated enough in my professional life. He told me that he wants someone with passion in his life. I feel like I do, I have a lot of passion but I think that my mind is a puzzle that has been broken and had gotten scattered around and he doesn't want to have to help me deal with picking the pieces up and putting them together. That is something I can only do on my own.
I've been having a lot of upstream thought lately. Especially about sex. Now I am a very sensual person. Sex is a big deal to me and I don't just give it away freely, so when I trust you to have me, it's a pretty big deal for me. I have only had sex with 10 people in my life. Now we did mess around a lot but we never had sex. I was too scared and wasn't too into it. I was just happy doing what we did and felt like that was enough for me. Towards the end I was thinking in my head that I wanted to finally do it with him... but it didn't last long enough for that to happen.
Maybe it was my subconscious telling me that I didn't really love him like that. It was more of an infatuation/idea of being in love type of thing. Almost like a rebound. But for some reason I had convinced myself that he was the one. I was actually happy with that.
Now I don't have it anymore. And it makes me feel a little empty inside.
I know that I should base my relationship's around sex and I really don't but that is a huge part of what fuels the passion in my relationship with someone. I absolutely love sex. I just don't love sex with strangers. I want one person whom I am comfortable with that loves me and that I love... or even just someone who I am comfortable around that we have a mutual understanding... Now I can't help but feel like I lost something.
There's also a feeling that I have gained something. Someone whom I know I can truly trust with everything, who is not afraid to tell me when I'm self destructing and will always remind me of who I really am. He saved me. He has shown me unconditional love.
He has shown me my true self. I know and have known that it was there all along. Somehow, I lost my way and got lost. And now that I am searching for myself, it has gotten dark. He help me by shining his little flashlight in the direction of where I was. And slowly but surely, I am going and following that path. It scary because it's still dark and there's only little light. But I know I have to keep going if I want to find the person who I truly am. It reminds me of the post I had earlier about a dream that I had about my birthday. I was going down into a hotel that got darker and darker as I descending into the basement. It's a pretty interesting. You can read that here.
I think that's pretty much it for now. I feel better now that I have gotten some of that out. I still harbor a lot of feelings about him.
It also doesn't help that I am still scarred from my last relationship that ended in June. It's been a really rough few months.
Some of the positive things that have happened is I have rediscovered my love of singing and music again.
I have someone who is so supportive of me in everything that I want to do.
Someone who is encouraging me to be the best version of myself.
Someone who has helped me with the healing process of my last relationship.
Someone who is my truest and best friend.
I almost want to cry at how happy I am to say that.
But also I feel empty because it's not a person that I can share my happiness and joy with romantically. He doesn't feel the same way about me.
That's upstream... I'm feeling upstream...
I need to think more downstream... I'll get into that a little more later.
For now, I'm liberated. I am free to do what I want. I am free to work on my goals and achieving them. And there's a lot of goals that I have set up for myself for 2016.
Signing off.

Have you ever thought about love? Yes? No?
Have you ever been in love? Yes? No?
If I told you that the only way for you to really truly be in love with anyone else is to first fall truly and deeply in love with yourself? Would you think I was crazy? Would you still read my blog? Would you think that I ask too many questions?

My goal to personal finance...
I have been reading this website for a while now. Earlier this year, I subscribed to this blog and everyday I get an update on new articles that are posted. I absolutely love reading these posts and it really helps me. I try to apply everything I read to my personal lifestyle in hopes that someday I will resolve all of my financial problems, and trust me, I have a lot of those.
Christian at ChristianPF.Com makes it so easy to read and understand his topics. He adds a little motivational aspects into his posts so it kind of makes it almost inspiration when reading. I always feel inspired when I read his posts.
My favorite post of his is going to have to be his Personal Financial Checklist. This article, I read often times. The reason for that is because it has short term and long term points on the checklist that really apply to everything finance. I hope to check off every point on this list. YOu should read it too, you might learn something and get some money back!!!! =]]]

Getting back into the blogging scene...
I am thinking about getting back into the blogging scene. It's been a while since I've done it and I really want to get back into it. There's been a lot of things going on in my life and I feel like I should just put it all out there and save it at least for memories.
First of all, I am now an ABO Certified Optician with my job! I am so happy that I passed and got it. I feel so accomplished because I finally did a program that is worth something. It feels so nice to have been through the process and actually learn your trade and then get a certification. It makes me so happy!
I moved into a different apartment. I wish that I could live closer to my job now that they transferred me to our other location, but that is just going to be too much for us right now. We really don't need to think about moving at the moment. Maybe in another year or two we can start again.
My husband is not working anymore. He is now going to school to become a nail tech at the Ft. Worth Beauty School. He starts on Monday and is going to be doing that for a couple of months. After he is done with school it will be around Christmas time and we are going to be going to Arizona to visit my family down there. My moms birthday is also on Christmas Eve so it'll be nice for her to have all her kids for that occasion. I am quite excited for that.
Josh is going to stay with my mom for about 2 weeks after that to train with my mom who has her own nail salon. He is going to learn hands on with real customers how my mom does her business and how to treat customers and what not. Im really excited for him. It does suck though that we will be away from each other for a couple of weeks but this is going to be good for his future career of being a nail tech and then opening his own nail salon.
Me on the other hand. Sigh. I am just... I don't know. Lost is not the word I am looking for. I absolutely love my job. I just feel that it might not be enough for me. I do have an interview for a wedding planner assistant and getting into that part time. I think that would be a good part time hobby that I could do to earn some extra cash. I just want a little more creativity to be brought out. More hands on.
I am also considering going back to school. I would love to take a design course. I just don't know what kind. Interior, fashion, or graphic. Interior would be great because I love observing rooms and thinking of ways I could make it better or of ways that it could have been made to have better functionality. Fashion design would be awesome too. I love to draw pretty girls in dresses and other outfits and if I did that it could definitely help me piece the things I would like to make together. A fashion merchandising degree would help too if I wanted to open up my own optical. Or take over my bosses job. And then there's the graphic design degree. I love graphic design but it's just too much for me. I love but don't love sitting in front of the computer.
And then there's the wedding planning thing.
Maybe I'm just jumping the gun right now. I am taking and thinking things too fast at the moment. I have a whole year to think things through before I can go to school.
AHHHHHH! Just so much on my plate right now. I should probably just focus on the now and slow down with thinking about the future.

Friday Advice Column: Happiness for all!
First of all, thank you guys SOOOOO so much for the awards! Mostly to Justina from The Personal Geographic and Jodie-Ann from Musings by Jodie.
Hey guys! Sorry I've been out of commission for the week. Opportunities have just been knocking on my door and I'm so thankful!
I got a new job working for an Optometrist in Grapevine. It's so exciting! I love working for Optometrists. It's gonna be different from the last time I worked for one because there is going to be a total of 3 staff members, and only one is going to be working the whole day with the doctor!
The last time I worked for an Optometrist, there was 3 or four other people working so I know i'm gonna be on my toes! But that's okay. I definitely need the extra income and I know for a fact that it's gonna be a great job for me. Also the scheduling is perfect. It's Tuesdays and Thursdays all day and the occasional Saturdays! It's perfect because I won't be rushing around on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to get to work and get my husband to work. And I'll still have Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings to either go back to school or take up a Yoga class! =].
REMIND ME: I NEED TO MAKE A TRAJECTORY
Anyways, back to the topic at hand: Happiness for all.
Let me tell you MY key to happiness: The two P's, Patience and Positivity.
- Patience because you need to get through the nitty gritty to get to the really good stuff. With Trial comes pain and error and eventually, when you get it right, Happiness. There are steps that people need to take to achieve happiness. You cannot just receive happiness and there you go, it's there and it will never go away because it will. You need to find happiness for yourself. Make yourself happy.
- If making people happy, makes you happy then go for it, but remember that you aren't going to make everyone happy, and that's okay. As long as you tried your hardest, then you can always tell yourself that you did a good job. Being patient is a key factor in happiness because it isn't going to come to you whenever you want. Sometimes It's when you least expect it and that's the best time too.
- Positivity is hard because not everyone can be so positive all the time. The thing with me is that I made the resolution to be happy this year. To make myself happy and try harder and not beat myself up for the things I didn't accomplish.
- It is so much easier to think negative than to think positive.Society has made negativity a trend these days. Whenever something negative happens in the news, it is crazy, they blow it up, gossip blogs and all kinds of stuff. Of course everyone feels sorry for the less fortunately, it's nature to have compassion but don't let it ruin your happiness. Life is for you to take.
- If you want to be Happy, Be. That's it. No fences, no games, no nothing. Just be happy. Think Happy. Talk Happy. Move Happy. Dance Happy. Sing Happy. Love. Like Nike said, Just do it.
- Find things that make you happy. Things that make me happy are:
- My husband.
- Singing.
- Playing guitar.
- Yoga.
- My family.
- Hang on to Happiness, it's really hard to come across it but you cannot let it go because:
- NOTHING IS WORTH BEING HAPPY FOR IF YOU DON'T FIGHT FOR IT! That's the truth. You need to fight for your happiness. You can't let your happiness pass you by.
So what do YOU guys think happiness is all about? Tell me what makes you happy.

Monday Weekend Recap: Jeremiah's and Jessica's Birthday
Hey guys! Sorry that I didn't update this on Monday. I should have but I was extremely busy. First of all, Friday was a blur. My husband worked on Friday and after he got out of work I picked him up and picked up some resume's and applications so I could apply and turn them in at the City of Hurst. So that was exciting. Then we went to Grand Buffet for Joshs sister Jessica's 21st birthday! The food was pretty alright. It was pretty exciting.
The next day our roommate brought her child to us and we took her to my cousin's son Jeremiah's 3rd bday. That was A LOT of fun! We had shish-ka-bobs, sausages, burgers and pasta salad! It was all really yummy. The only thing that sucked was all the wind that went crazy when we were putting up the decorations. We had a good time, playing with the kids and eating. As always, we took thousands and thousands of pictures. It was so much fun seeing all the little kids playing. I missed my cousins and stuff so it was a good thing to see them again. The best thing about that day I think was when Alexcia was literally chasing her shadow all around the park! It was so funny!
They played at the park which was so huge and fun! There were swings and see-saw's and a huge wooden complex that was really cool too. We played with the kids and watched them slide down the slides and the joy of seeing them was just a very good feeling.
My cousin pulled out a blanket thing we laid down and talked and watched the kids run around. They played pin the horn on the dinosaur because Jeremiah LOVES dinosaurs and they were just so happy!
After that, we just went home and Maria picked up her child and we went back to my cousins house just to talk a little and then went back home.
Sunday we took my cousin to the church that we like in Arlington. I love that church, it's so fun and everyone is so welcoming and filipino but there was way more people there than when we went last time. It was crazy. It was kinda awkward because that day they were talking about Missions and Missionaries and Evangelism and we don't really like that. We like coming to church to hear about the word of God but we don't like to preach it ourselves or talk to others about it. Sure, I can say, I'm a believer but I don't want to be labelled a Catholic, Pentecostal or anything like that. I am a Christian, I do believe in God but in a general sense.
I'll get into it more later in a different post.
After that, we went home and ate a little and then we went to the Fort Worth Nature and went hiking for a little bit, just to check out the animals and get a little exercising done whilst enjoying the nice spring heat. =]. And that was my weekend!

Friday Advice Column: L-O-L-O-L-O-L-O-V-E!
Taken from Wikipedia:
Love to me is so many things. It's the way he looks at me in the morning. The way we laugh at each others jokes. The silence that arrives whenever we have nothing to say. The comfortableness of his presence whenever he is around. The look on his face when he tells me, "I love you." The way he fights with me. The irritation in his voice when I annoy him. It's so many things.
I feel like love is more than just a "strong affection and personal attachment". You can have strong affection for just about anyone. But love? Love is more than that to me. You can't really explain it.
Wen you are in love there are 3 some simple signs that show you how much you love your other half:
1. Affection: Love without affection is like a car without gas. Without affection, the fuel of your love life won't go anywhere. You need to have that initial affection that you felt when you first fell in love to last forever! It's really hard to keep that up but as long as you both know that you are working on being together than you are already on your way to a great relationship with yourself and your partner. A lot of the time people start fighting and it gets really bad. But it's a good thing. You know what gets on each others nerves and you feel that doing that will get you more attention from them. I know I do that sometimes. Or if you are just messing around and joking with each other and suddenly there's a misunderstanding and you fight. Or things get really ugly and you yell and scream and fight because you want to prove your point or you don't wanna back down. And sometimes you just feel so weak to that person because you are so vulnerable to the person you are in love with. It's a difficult situation, but you have to know that as long as both partners have that affection for each other. That WANT to be with your other half. That determination to work things out, then your relationship will blossom and you can get through any troubling situation you find yourself in.
2. Action and Initiation: This is a great key to keep your love life fresh and consistent. Taking action when something happens to your partner or your partner wants from you. It's such a great feel to provide and show that you are listening and it makes your partner feel great as well. Whenever you perform an action that is not pre-meditated is called Initiation and that goes a long way. Doing something for your partner when they least expect it is a great gesture to show them that you love them and are thinking about them even when your not together or talking. Not saying that sometimes people just don't like surprises, but you need to understand when your actions are wanted and needed. The things you do, reflect on how your relationship is progressing. If you don't do much with each other, it feels like your relationship is dwindling but you just need to find that something that will bring it back up again. Especially if you want to be in a relationship in the first places. Once you stop caring, there's no room for your relationship to grow. Even if efforts fail, you owe it to each other to keep working at it.
3. The Act of Pleasure: Sex and making love! Yes! Sex is one of the best ways to keep a relationship alive. You shouldn't base your relationship ON sex but it is a great outlet for your emotions and hormones. Making Love is a very intimate act that you get when you yearn for that person you love and you want to feel like a part of them and you want to feel them yearn for you as well. Sex is a great way to get down and dirty and sexy. Sex is such a great feeling that you can use to show the person that you are sexually attracted to them. Some people don't wanna just make love, they want to get their happiness, aggression out, their sexual frustration out, their lustfulness out, their stress out, and their creativity. A great way to keep your sex life "at attention" is to be creative. Missionary just doesn't cut it after the few 100 times, so try doggy style or on the sofa, or in the kitchen... Josh knows I love it everywhere around the house so get creative. You can use toys or whatever suits you are your partners needs and fantasies!
I hope that you guys will take into consideration my top 3 signs of Love! If you have any questions at all about anything, just email me or comment below! Have a wonderful friday! =]
Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment.[1] In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. In some religious contexts, love is not just a virtue, but the basis for all being, as in the Christian phrase, "God is love" or Agape in the Canonical gospels.[2] Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion.[3] Or as actions towards others based on affection.[4]

Falling in Love: The story of how I met my husband Part 1
It was the end of 2008. I had just moved to Texas from Arizona. I was staying with my cousin in her house in which we agreed I could stay in until I found a job and got enough money to find a place on my own.
So a couple of months after I moved. I met Josh on MySpace. I don't remember how we became friends on there. But i'm pretty sure that he added me first. So let's just go with that. Anyways, we started talking a little bit. I had already met a guy but it was a bust because he wasn't looking for anything serious. I was. I really wanted to come to Texas and start over.
In Arizona, I had my fair share of dating and relationship with guys. Some were just silly little flings and then very few were actually relationships. I really tried but it seemed like Tucson was just too small a city. Seriously. It was like everyone knew everyone. Which I disliked a lot. I wanted someone whom wasn't with anyone else that I knew. Or cheated on me with one of my friends. So that was a fraction of the reason I moved to Texas as well.
I still had some guys numbers that I would occasionally talk to. Mostly if I felt lonely and/or horny I did. But I always felt guilty after talking/texting/webcamming with them. I know, it's trashy but I didn't know anyone in Texas and I hadn't had sex in literally 2 years so I did everything I could to keep me sexually satisfied.
Josh and I started exchanging messages on MySpace for a couple of weeks. He would flirt with my by posting inappropriate song lyrics as subjects of messages we were sending to each other, and I didn't know that they were songs so I just said some inappropriate things back! That was our way of flirting with each other I guess.
So maybe I want to say 2 months pass by and we are still talking on MySpace. We exchanged numbers but he didn't have a cell phone so he would use his moms to text me and his house phone to call.
I remember that I was really nervous when I first talked to him, although I tried to play it off cool. It was really nice hearing his voice. We talked all night and fell asleep on the phone to each other. I really started connecting with this guy and I felt like he was connecting with me. It was really nice.
Then one day, it was Easter of 2009. I had just gotten home from our Filipino-American get together Easter party whatever thing at the park and, of course, Josh and I were texting. He then texts me that he wants some candy. I tell him I don't know any but he tells me that it was just an excuse for him to tell me that he wanted me to come over.
I was so ecstatic at this, yet extremely nervous. I was scared to actually meet him face-to-face. So I put some candy in my pocket and left to ge see him. I really wanted to take that chance...

Valentine's Day is tomorrow! =]

Yayy! Valentine's Day is tomorrow! Are you guys excited? I am!

Unfortunately, tomorrow we will not be celebrating Valentine's. My husband works from 8am to 4pm and I work from 4pm to 8pm then we are gonna go watch The Bad Girls Club at his aunts house... maybe. I don't know yet. It all depends. But since we are gonna be so busy tomorrow we decided to celebrate it tonight!

I just finished cleaning our room and it looked a HOT DAMN MESS! And now it's more spacious and looks a lot better. So now that i'm done cleaning, i'm just waiting for him to get home so we can just chillax and what not. Then we are gonna go and take a shower and then go to Cotton Patch to have dinner, we absolutely love that place. It's our favorite to go.

After dinner, we are gonna go out to watch The Roommate, which I heard was a pretty scary movie so i'm totally excited to see that! It has Leighton Meester whom I think is a wonderful actress and I definitely wish that they would have picked her as Bella! Suckers. LOL. Well I'll let you know tomorrow how my night goes!!!
What are you guys doin? How are you spending your Valentines? Let me know in the comments below! BTW, the wonderful pictures I got are from Berry Goodies. So go say Hi and tell them I sent you there! Have a great Valentines!

THE SIDEKICK 4G IN THE WILD!!! YES!!!!
Okay, so if you know me, you know that I love the Sidekick brand. I have had every single Sidekick there ever was at a point in my life, but since the whole fiasco with the outage and what not, I have moved on especially since it died in 2009. So sad. =[. I had my eyes fixated on the HD2 which is the phone that I had for the longest time because it was just such an amazing phone. I WAS gonna try to get it back but now that this amazing awesome fantastical news has been out, I have changed my gaze! I am now presenting the Sidekick 4G! The picture and info is from TmoNews.Com and they are the best at keeping up the TMobile official and unofficial news to everyone!

So as you can see, it has pretty much the same build as the LX 09 which I thought was a pretty decent phone. It says thats it's It has a front facing camera, which I LOVE, and is gonna be sporting Android 2.2.1. I am very anxious to see how Android is gonna be on a Sidekick. Especially since the Sidekick is NOT touchscreen, I wanna see how it's gonna factor into this new phone. Is the Sidekick gonna GET a touchscreen or not? How are we gonna move apps to the home screen from the apps window? Hmmm we shall see.
Things I'm hoping for:
1. Swivel, which I doubt, it looks like a slider which I'm fine with since I had the Sidekick Slide for the longest time when I did have a Sidekick.
2. 4" screen. Which also I doubt, just because it doesn't look like it would and it would be freaking huge if it did. The side buttons really take up a lot of space around the screen so I wanna see how it's gonna be. 3.7" is okay with me as long as it's SUPER AMOLED so I can read easily!
3. Protruding buttons. The thing I love the most about the Sidekick, which I'm sure everyone else does as well is the keyboard. 5 rows of QWERTY goodness! It looks like some of the buttons are switched around and the space bar is a little smaller than normal. What I really want is the buttons to be more out. I didn't like the SK Slides plastic buttons that were kinda indented, ickkk. Didn't help my texting at all! The SK 3's buttons were the best!

4. Flash. It doesn't look like in these pictures that the Sidekick is gonna have flash, which is kinda disappointing, I loved flash on the sidekicks. It helps a lot. I wish that it would have it.
5. 8MP Camera and 1.2MP front facing with 720p video recording. My life would be complete!!!! But I doubt that it would have this. =/.
6. Long lasting battery. When I had my LX, it had the longest battery ever. Not as much as the Blackberry but I could easily last 2 days on a single charge with all the texting, IMing and browsing I did, it was quite the trooper.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the Sidekick that I was really wishing for, but it's a good start! I would definitely still get this phone just because it would feel amazing to have the Sidekick with Android on it.
Another thing, I was looking at some comments and there was some really good points about it. This phone is directed mostly to teenagers and that demographic. But looking at how it has Android and what not, you can make it more of a business type phone. So I'm also hoping for a Dual Core Processor since it IS running Android, don't you think?
Also, it doesn't have a name. Would it just be the Sidekick 4G? Or have a name like the Gekko, LX, 3, Slide, whatever. Usually they have names. They usually have around 2 or 3 different devices one that's the low -end cheaper (iD, Gekko) that the younger people could get and then the high end version as well (LX, LX 09) so hopefully there will be one or two devices that we can choose from!
Gah! This was such a long post, LOL. I didn't imagine it to be this long but tell me what you guys think about it! I personally cannot wait for it to come out!

Day 26 - Photo(s) of where I've been too
MMMkay. So today, on Day 26 of the 30 Day Blog Challenge, is a photo of where I've been too. Well I decided to add more than one photo because you can't really grasp the whole experience of the Philippines in just one photo. Well I'm sure you can but I didn't take a picture like that. Instead, here are some pictures of my trip to P.I. for my dads wedding back in July of 2010. The picture above is of a thingy in the middle of the street. It was right after I got off the plane and I went to my step mothers Bachelorette party and it was absolutely crazy!
There was a a lot of singing involved and a stripper that got completely naked! So awkward! But my aunt protected me! LOL it was so funny. But I enjoyed it.
The picture above is of the same thing except from a different angle. I added 'Chow King' to the picture because it's my favorite place to eat when I'm in the Philippines, but my dad wouldn't take me there. Boo. Sucks. Oh well. I will get my chance to go when I go again in the futur-o!
Okay so now, this picture above is of Villa Escudero. I took it while we were eating breakfast and you can see the little cabin/house thing that we stayed in over the water. It was beautiful there. Swimming and dining. I think the best thing about it was you could eat over the water. Literally! You would go down these stairs and you would see a waterfall. Right where the water fall like... finishes, in the space at the bottom, there was tables and chairs where you could eat. You took off your shoes and went into the water and got your food and sat and ate! All in the water. It was really cool. It's was an amazing experience.
This picture depicted above is of one of the malls in P.I., it was huge! Freaking 8 stories high! Of just shopping and what not. I also got to go to Mall of Asia, which is the biggest mall in all of Asia. Let me just say, they had like hotels and what not camped out all over the mall so people could stay there. It took like a whole week to see the whole mall and let me say that we didn't see even half of it! I want to come back and do more shopping because everything there is freaking cheap!
The last picture above is the reception at my dads wedding. It was an amazing reception and I got to sing and make a toast! I sang "Always and Forever" by Luther Vandross. I felt that I did alright, lol. Well the main point of the picture is that the little card says "I Love You" in Ilocano which is one of the dialects in the Philippines. On every table, there was a different card that all said "I Love You" in all different languages. it was so cute!
If you wanna see the rest of the 300 pictures, you can add me on Facebook! http://www.facebook.com/adrianbalansay

So this is what i'm thinking....
I'm thinking that after the 30 Day Blog Challenge, I want to do a daily blog thing. Maybe at first it'll start off as a every other day type of thing. I wanna do something like:
Mondays - Recap of the weekend. Nuff said. Just a recap of how my weekend went and everything it entails.
Wednesday - Musical Wednesdays. Where I'm going to have like musical tips and advice. Something that will help people have more musical knowledge.
Friday - Here's the tricky part, I wanna do a Health & Fitness and/or Dating and Relationships blog this day. I don't know which one I should do. I still have a couple of days to think about it.
But that's about it! What do you think? And in between will just be random things about me or reviews or just anything I think is interesting. But I want to keep a schedule that will be fun to do and focus on for those days. And I'm thinking that I want Tuesdays and Thursday to be my active days where I'm not on the computer as much.

Day 24 - A Photo of something that means a lot to me
Hey guys! This is a photo of something that means a lot to me: My Wedding Ring! Okay, funny story. My husband and I pretty much eloped when we got married. We didn't tell anyone at all and drove from Dallas, TX to Las Vegas, Nevada. It was like a 20 hour drive. We were almost there when we realized that we didn't have any rings! We were already in debt... about 500 bucks in debt and so we went to WalMart and got some regular rings and promised each other that in a couple of years, we are gonna get married again and get real rings.
So thats what means a lot to me. My wedding ring. Symbolizing our long and hard journey of commitment and love for each other.

Day 13 - Favorite Musician and why???
My favorite Musician is Mariah Carey... Why? Because she is amazing. She has the voice of an angel. 5-octave range. She is bi-racial and writes her own music. She is the artist of the millenium. Best selling female artist. More number one hits than any solo act. Need I say more?
She has inspired a lot of musics top artists and singers and even today she is relevant in the music industry. She can belt she socks off of anyone. I don't know. She just has that star power that makes her music so relatable and amazing.
Her song 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' is number 1 on the Holiday charts every year since 1996! And will be for more years to come. She never has to reinvent herself and always comes back... I mean, she never left! and I don't think she will go either.
She also has her acting career which I love. I love her movies, all of them are really good too! Well I think that they are. Her movie Precious was really good.
I don't know what I would do without her. I don't even think that I would be singing if it wasn't for her!

The Vast Fields of Ordinary
By Nick Burns and ultimately turned into one of my favorite books. It was so touching yet eerie at the same time. I loved it. Exciting yet thrilling as well. I couldn't put it down. Kind of depressing and heart breaking the ending was and the book just left me thinking. Nick is soo vivid in his writing that it sent chills down my spine. Literally.
The book is about a boy named Dade Hamilton who leads a pretty normal suburban teen angst life. He has a sorta kinda boyfriend who hardly acknowledges his existence but is kinda obsessed with him but also has a girlfriend. Super complicated. Its a really good coming-of-age/coming out story with scary twists and turns that is new but relevant in teenagers lives these days. He meets all kinds of people that are all the wrong crowds especially a boy named Alex. Which is such a touching part of the story and I couldn't help but love Alex. There is also news reports of a missing girl Jenny which was so terrifying, I felt like I saw her for myself.
The Vast Fields of Ordinary is an inspiring novel about romance, life, mystery and death. I finished the book wanting more and there's definitely something in the book that I want to keep with me. I'm thinking about buying the book myself since I checked it out form the library. I always want to buy stuff that I really like.
It even inspired me to write a book myself. A coming of age tale maybe. I'm not much of a writer but I'm always looking for more gateways to express my creativity.
I give the book 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

Goals
Hey guys,
I'm sitting here on my aunts chaise chair thingy with my husband laying down next to me watching "The Game" on BET. Have any of you seen this TV show? It's really funny! I like it a lot because it about these backetball players and their wives and their relationships. It's a very good show.
Well on topic, I wanted to tell you guys about my goals for my blog. I don't believe that I have before. I'm very excited for this blog. I feel like I have time to take care of it now which makes me happy.
Gosh, I get off topic all the time, huh? Anyways, what I really want to accomplish with this blog is just see how my writing improves. I love to write about things that happen to me especially when I don't have time to make a video and edit it. I wanna see how many people become interested in what I write and how interesting my life is! LOL. That would be funny. I wanna see how I'm gonna progress as a blogger/vlogger/singer/songwriter/actor by writing and vlogging about it. It's just another great way to express my creativity and have some fun with it! it's gonna be a lot of fun, I'm sure it will be. =]. My goals for this year with this blog is to at least blog once a week and keep in interesting and not slack off. It's gonna be alot of work but I believe I have the time to do it.

My Top 5 Favorite Movies
Hey guys, guess what? I'm sitting here watching Prince of Egypt and crocheting. It's exciting huh? LOL. Well anyways, I wanted to share with you guys my top 5 Favorite movies. Here is goes!
5. Deep Impact

I absolutely love this movie. Every time I see it I bawl my eyes out. Elijah Wood was such a cute kid. He looks the same after all these years. Lee Lee is also beautiful as well. I'm jealous. This movie is like Armageddon but for some reason I like this movie more. It's about a kid who sees what looks like a star, I think? or a comet or planet or something and then they find out that it's a huge rock plummeting to Earth. The part that gets me is the part where the blind guy talk to his girlfriend and little baby for the first time and they are crying to each other. I start crying so hard at that part! Such a touching movie! I recommend it if your staying in on a cold and rainy day.
4. Glitter

A lot of you guys thought this was gonna be number one huh? NOT!!! I love this movie too. I know, a lot of you guys are like... WTF? Why is this on there? This was such a horrible movie! I beg to differ. I absolutely love Mariah Carey and I think she does a decent job of acting in this. It's not too bad. The music in this movie is fantastic, especially her ballads. I love stories of people becoming famous and the troubles they go through. The romance could have been better but I still like it. Never Too Far melts my heart and she has an amazing voice. Two thumbs up for me. Another plus is I have a memory about this movie in which a friend of mine and I looked all around town trying to find this movie because we loved it so much, LOL.
3. The Harry Potter Movies

I love these movies. I know I said 5 movies and in this series there already 7 with one more coming out, but I love these movies. I love watching these movies and seeing the characters grow up. For me, I'm a visual person so I like the movies, but I have read the books and they are very good. These are very epic movies and I could sit around and watch them all day. Also, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint are super majorly hott and should make out sometime.
2. Dirty Love

This is one of the funniest movies ever. I love it a lot. Jenny McCarthy's humor is so odd and matches mine a lot as well. Carmen Electra plays a black girl and does it really well, it's so funny. The story is funny too. It's about a girl who finds her cheating boyfriend with another woman and looks for a one night stand. I can quote this entire movie from memory, it's sick. My friends and I used to have so many inside jokes about this movie and we would watch it everyday.
1. The Litte Mermaid

Now if you are a friend of mine, then you should know that this is my absolute favorite movie ever. It was my first movie I ever remember watching and I actually have this really embarrassing story about this movie. My cousins and aunts and whatnot would actually put a towel around my legs and put me in a bathtub and I would sing the songs from the little mermaid. I remembered all of the songs and would always sing them everywhere. My cousins said that it was my favorite thing to do. Even to this day I love watching that movie.
Well thats it's these are my favorite movies. I hope you guys liked them. Tell me what your favorite movies are and let me know. My husband is calling me (literally) and telling me to come to bed. So i'll talk to you guys later! =]
